The USA Super Rain Forest GTX 8" Soft Toe Non-Insulated Work Boots are made from the ground up, in Danner's factory in Portland Oregon, with the Superior Craftsmanship they have been known for since 1932.
These work boots have been completely re-engineered, with Double-Thick Leather used across the toe box and and top of the foot areas. Danner chooses only leathers that can withstand their 6 different quality-control tests, before the leather is allowed to be crafted into these boots. Their extremely strict standards means they use only the strongest, most durable leathers available. Because of the tough leather used, these boots resist Lime, Alkali and other corrosive substances.
Danner's Triple Stitching, with Hyper-Strong Thread, assures exceptional durability. They are 100% Handcrafted in America, with Danner's Stitchdown Construction, which allows for a wider platform base, resulting in enhanced stability and superior support underfoot.
These Danner Work Boots have a Soft Toe, are Electrical Hazard (EH) Certified and are Non-Insulated. They have a top quality Gore-Tex Membrane that seals out water 100%, but allows sweat and moisture to escape. A rugged Vibram 132 Montagna Deep Lugged Outsole provides unparalleled traction on any terrain and in any weather.
Danner notes these boots are eligible for recrafting services, depending on their condition at the time, for simple replacement parts, reworking the leather, restitching seams, replacing the outsole, or even a major overhaul by their craftsmen and women.
