NOTICE ON SHIPPING DELAYS:
While we are able to accept orders on our website, some shipments may be delayed up to 2-4 weeks from time of ordering.
This is because most of our nationwide vendor's warehouses had been temporarily closed down during this National Health Emergency for over 6 months and they are now working with limited warehouse staff and limited work schedules, and are experiencing delays in shipping out their products with major carriers such as Fedex and UPS.
At this time, orders fulfilled by our own five warehouses are still shipping within 1-2 business days of processing, but keep in mind that the major shipping companies; such as FedEX, UPS and USPS, are experiencing their own delays due to shipping volumes, with their delivery hubs being inundated with parcels. It is not uncommon to see no movement for a day or two, when checking on the progress of your order tracking details.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Family Footwear Center is taking all appropriate, preventative measures to protect the health and well-being of our customers, and of our warehouse associates who will be packing up the orders.
We will monitor this situation closely and update our website as needed, as this may change on a daily basis.

We here at Family Footwear Center are closely monitoring developments and following guidelines from the Center of Disease Control and the World Health Organization
Our stores are equipped with anti-viral cleaning supplies and our associates are advised to follow hygienic safety protocols, in an effort to mitigate potential spread of any illness.
Employees are regularly washing their hands and advised to stay home if not feeling well. Our team is being extra vigilant in disinfecting counter tops, pin pads, pens, door handles, and all commonly touched surfaces.
